I was travelling solo for a ski trip, and I rented a single king Rambler room from Feb 4 - 10. I arrived early in the day during heavy snow and wind, so I was advised by the front desk to spend the day in the working space building until I was ready to check-into the room. This workspace building was full of comfortable furniture with a coffee and tea station and bathrooms. I was able to spend the day getting caught up on some work while the weather outside was in climate. I had a fabulous time skiing, but unfortunately, I suffered a knee injury on February 6, and I needed to check out early on February 7. I was able to get myself packed up in the morning, and when I called the front' desk to ask for some help getting my car packed up, I reached Grayson, an employee who needs to be recognized for his amazing service! Not only did Grayson clean my car free of snow and ice, but he also carried all my packed belongings from my second-floor room and carefully packed my car. When everything was packed up, he offered to take one last look around the room to make sure I didn't forget anything, and then he offered to get me a hot coffee to go with some yummy toffee as a get-well gift! What an amazing person Grayson is, and he turned a disappointment into such a positive experience! Thank you, Grayson!

When we pulled up we were amazed by the outside was beautiful, front desk people were very helpful and had our room ready when we came. Also had two small dogs and they put dog beds , dog dishes and two dog bones!! The room was perfectly set up , the view of the courtyard was great with our balcony. Definitely coming back here. Had dinner the first night at Stella's and it was delicious and very nice inside. Didn't know we could have gotten a discount as we were staying at the hotel . But all in all it was great 10 out of 10!! Besides my wife was happy 😁

We were warmly welcomed on check in and the hotel is quite nice and clean. It is close to a busy road however, and we were given a room with a balcony overlooking the road which made it too loud to keep the sliding door open at all. Rooms in the back building or facing the courtyard would be more quiet. The hot tub was nice after a day of skiing but had a high level of chlorine. There is coffee in the lobby in the morning with half and half instead of the non dairy powder in the rooms. Overall, a good stay but would request a quieter room next time.

This was an amazing stay and such a good experience. The whole property is in such a great shape, we played bocce, corn hole, and enjoyed an outstanding dinner at the onsite restaurant Stella. The amenities were great including a free welcome drink, complimentary coffee/tea/electrolytes, etc. The beds are comfy, modern interior, spacious balconies, and everything was super clean and in working order. Staff was extremely friendly and supportive. Hotel has 2 EV chargers you can use for free.

Tanja

Clean comfortable room for the three of us with two queen beds. Room is nicely set up with a counter and two stools so you can eat/prepare food in room. Used the hot tub all 5 nights we were there. As it was mid-October, we were often the only users and never more than two other people. Also a good sauna is available. WiFi was quite good. Plenty of parking near room. Office staff friendly and helpful. Rooms not cheap. but a well run hotel that caters to hikers and skiers.
